Todd (owner) and his team were absolute professionals. The heat exchanger failed on my 20 yr old furnace. TSK was onsite within 24 hours to install a new furnace. The 2 installers were respectful, used drop cloths, and did a very meticulous job. The new Bryant furnace is also performing so much better than the previous furnace.
Just had Doug wrap up my service/ trouble shoot and what a consummate professional ! Todd at TSK fielded a call for me due to my furnace and water heater not firing after I ran out of fuel during 30 degree weather and he got right on it & sent Doug out the same day ! Doug was right on time and met me with a smile and got right to work. He got everything running like a top and even offered me sum good advice on keeping my units working at peak efficiency. The coldest night this season, and no heat call went out just after 6 pm, spoke to TSK and not an answering service, gentleman asked brief questions about the furnace and said someone be would be out in about an hour.
About 7:30 Doug showed up, did some troubleshooting found an unusual problem, and had our heat up and running.
Doug was very professional, neat, and pleasant. The service we received was great and will use TSK again!
AC unit was not working, called Todd at Tsk he quickly responded telling me he would be out that afternoon. Then called to fit me in right away because it was suppose to be 90 that day. The tech was knowledgeable and quick. Explained everything and took care of my unit to get my house cool. Highly recommend ⭐️
